New Ways of Working
New Ways of Working is an initiative aiming to boost flexibility and retention largely, by removing many of the barriers and management styles of the past and bringing them into line with a modern multigenerational workforce. It’s based on trust and output driven.
This gives our employees more flexibility and ownership over their own work. It also helps to improve work-life balance.
The New Ways of Working are based on the following pillars:
- Hybrid work environment: 50% of the working time, employees can work elsewhere
- No core office hours: we do not have core office hours and we give employees the freedom to choose their own working hours
- Working from abroad: 10 days per year our employees can work from abroad.
