Fighting illegal trade
JTI together with the State Customs Committee organized four workshops on Combating Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products. More than 100 customs officers have gone through the theoretical and practical exercises.
Objective:
- Improve cooperation with State Customs Committee
- Raise awareness on risks of illicit trade
- Reduce potential threats of illicit trade in the region;
- Promote legal business
- Assist government in capacity development for public administration.
